The Training

In 6 intense and up-close-and-personal training days, and additional learning activities you will experience a deep dive in how your own development will help your team(s) and organization excel. With tools, frameworks and practices we will help you navigate workplace challenges and enhance your ability to lead, negotiate and influence with impact.

From reflecting and exploring your own development question, to recognizing and addressing undercurrents and engaging in courageous conversations; by completing this program, you will gain the insight and skills to lead yourself, your teams and your organization towards a successful business approach.

Through real life examples, case studies, simulations, coaching interventions and continuous learning and feedback you will learn to:

  • Formulate your own compelling and personal change story
  • Recognize hindering and helpful behavior and how to address resistance
  • Create a secure base for effective teamwork by taking the lead in courageous conversations
  • Understand and articulate development initiatives to improve your impact in your leadership role

For whom?

This training is for starting and experienced professional in a leadership role in an organization in transformation. We require a minimum of one yearโ€™s experience in a leadership role.
