If necessary, we share the data with third parties, for example for administering exams. We demand that these parties secure the data on the same level as we do.

The data is stored for as long as necessary for the duration of the training. In the case of training certificates, the data is stored for the validity period of the certificate.

Training advice

We are available by phone or through chat on our website when someone has questions. To provide quick and efficient answers, we use user data and order history. We also make notes of the conversation for future reference.

We contact regularly or automatically only if someone has given permission. When downloading a whitepaper, we may contact the person once to inquire if we can be of service.

To create a uniform customer database we keep names, email addresses and phone numbers as long as someone is a customer with us. If someone no longer wants to be a customer, they can indicate this via customer service or by sending a message.

Newsletters
